This is just a quick update on the WTA Championships in Madrid:

Advanced to Semis: Maria Sharapova, Justine Henin, Ana Ivanovic, and Ana Chakvetadze
Anna Chakvetadze has just beat Jankovic in 3 sets. 6-4, 0-6, 6-3. She will advance to the semis in an attempt for the title capping her great year!!
Eliminated: Serena Williams, Daniela Hantuchova, Svetlana Kuznetsova, and Jelena Jankovic.
